There was a time when social media stressed me out so much I nearly walked away from it altogether while it is literally a massive part of my career. While building strategies for clients and using it as part of the GirlinFlorence platform and what I do as a writer, I found myself caught in the Instagram/Tiktok comparison game, feeling deflated when posts didn’t land, and scrolling so compulsively that I didn’t get anything tangible done and than felt bad abut myself for the lack of productivity.
